4k post Giveaway - 440C 2 blade GEC #33 Conductor - Winner Selected

I'm in, very generous, I'm only just coming to appreciate the excellence of the GEC 440C steel if I win, then It'll push another knife of mine out of my collection, as I am overdue for my own giveaway.

Congratulations on reaching the 4K milestone. That's a pattern I'd love to try. Count me in, please.
And Thank You, so much.

Have never tried GEC's 440C, would like to give it a whirl. Thanks for your generosity.

In on this. Recently picked up my first GEC, a #47 in stag and I'm looking forward to expanding my stag collection! Thanks for the opportunity!

Edit-I prefer thin stag, but both of those knives are beauties.

Not an entry please, just wanted to say thanks for your generosity, and to wish everyone good luck

And the winner is... Woodrow F Call!! Congrats, you've got an PM incoming.

Thanks everyone for participating and the kind words. They really do mean a lot to me.

A couple of other comments,

- For those looking at elk #33s online, I wouldn't wait. I have an empty spot in my collection now :)
- The Cy Clops stamp is just for Cyclops Steel Works. GEC puts that stamp on all its 440C and so far that stamp is the only sure way to know if the knife is 440C. GEC has made knives with the acorn shield using both 420HC and 1095 but only the 440C ones have Cyclops.

Congrats Woodrow and thanks Trand for such a generous GAW. Stuff like this makes this subforum stay such a great place.

Congratulations on winning that knife. It is very nice. I didn't enter because I have one like it. You'll love it, I'm sure.
