Most likely flat grind as all of the Police models have been since Gen 3.

Going by the niche market for this knife and just general lack of interest besides some on the forums, I’d say there’s a good chance it’s only run once! Maybe twice for the one design(handle forward or choil version) that sells better than the other! So it’s going to be collectible eventually after the stock on hand sells out. Obviously this is just speculation at this point but there is some precedent to what I’m stating.
