5000 Pages of Lambsfootery Giveaway

Im in, I have always been a bit lambsfoot-curious. I pop into the guardians thread every once in a while to look at the pretty knives but never have anything to say since Im not in the club. Itd be cool to finally try this pattern out. Thanks! :)
 
Congrats on the impressive milestone! Please count me in on the GAW! The guardians thread has gotten me into the pattern, but I don't have many in the collection as it can be tough to find good examples in the states. Don't think I qualify for the guardians GAW so figured I'd join in the open one, thanks for running this GAW.

I’m in. I have often looked at this tread over the years, but never had my own Lambsfoot.

Those lambsfoots (feet?) are fantastic. The only way they don't outperform, gosh, any other design I've ever used, is when cutting something laying against a surface, like cold cuts on a plate. Otherwise, that tip penetrates and starts the cut better than a clip point, spear point, pen knife, or anything else. I love it.

Is it a old English word,perhaps its a Yorkshire saying? 🤭

Either way I am going to start using it in sentences as it sounds great,something like Black adder might say even.

Thread 'Hats & Knives'

Don't know if this thread has hit before but someone just hinted at starting this up. Hat is my grandad's(probably from around the mid fifties) but I've been wearing it for about 15 years now.
