My overall pick is definitely the ZT 0545. I picked it up about a month ago on a whim, and I am really impressed with it. A flipper frame lock that weighs next to nothing and cuts like a laser - and also gives a great feeling 4-finger ergonomic grip. It's the slimmest ZT I've ever owned, right there with "Bugout" slim. They really nailed the detent and lock on this one - the action is really just a joy to use. Not the type of knife design I would really look for from them, but I love a good surprise. I've probably carried it more than any other folder since I picked it up.

An endorsement like that from you has moved the 0545 up several spots on my to-buy list!

Fox Libar is quite nice

7.5cm Le Theirs ... many options

Buck 503

SAK of your choice

I just got a RR Classic Carbon canoe that fits perfectly. Carbon steel blades take a great edge. Very handy.

Usually when I carry a 5th pocket knife, it's a traditional, CA legal auto, or disposable utility blade knife. Those tend to fit right in there. Recently I picked up a Twosun TS417 and found it's a perfect 5th pocket knife. Since they put a tip-down clip on it, the bulky part sits just above the top of the pocket. That way, the handle is thick enough to fill the hand and feel like a full sized knife, but it slips easily into that small pocket.
