6/27: www.buckknives.com new look and feel

It seems I can no longer log into my account. The existing password, which was saved in the browser, no longer works. So I went thru the change password process and the new password does not work either. Anyone else having the same issue or have I finally been banned. :eek:
 
It looks as tho once you sign into your account you can see past orders..?

I'll save all kinds of money if they don't.

You will need to create a new account but you will be able to see your order history!
We have to create a new Pro account and password if we already have one? Or is the "new account" you are referring to for anybody (including those without a Pro account)?

To put it another way, where do we go on the new website to sign into our Pro account?

A lot more clicks to get where you want to now. To access account click the hamburger (that's what i call it) in the upper-left corner and select Account at the bottom of the menu.

To get to Web Specials, click the same hamburger > Shop Knives > By Collection > Web Specials
 
Downside to creating a new account, you cannot use your same email. o_O
I cannot use the same email?

Maybe I'll create a new one I ignore
They send me at least 1 email per day.
Ignoring all them would be a bonus.
 
New email would make me think you have to reapply for Pro program as well.
 
Looks like there are some start up issues with the new website, tried to create a new account and the website said it couldn't because my email was already in the system. Requested to reset the password, got an email prompt to reset but am still having issues.
 
Looks like the new Buck website has a number of issues when trying to log in. I was able to update my password but am still getting errors from the log in. I hope that Buck gets the website fixed and will transfer user account info and email us when we can actually log in and order.......
 
New website has problems. Would not let me log in. Did not recognize my password.
Created a new password. Now the login icon on the website does not work.
I guess the site is still being built. To early to have an impression.
