6/27: www.buckknives.com new look and feel

They would have to use your old email, otherwise they wouldn't be able to identify you and none of your previous purchases would be retrieved. I am a little afraid to see my previous purchases.
 
I can't log in either. So I tried the "Forgot Password" option, and the site says IF my email address is in the system, they will send me an email telling me how to reset my password. But I didn't get an email from them. And that sort of implies that I'm not in the system.

Now, that is interesting, because I did receive an email from Buck this morning, which included a tracking number for the custom 112 I ordered a couple of weeks ago. I'm very impressed with how fast they processed my order, and I'm looking forward to receiving my new Buck!!

As for the new site, I'm not too worried. I figure it will get worked out soon enough, and then the world will be spinning in greased grooves, once again. :)
 
I'm having the same issue with login. It was cool to see the rosewood 301 back, though (assuming that's accurate).

One contributor to the login issue may be that it is posting the login to 'buckknives-prod.zaneray.com' and not to 'www.buckknives.com'. It seems the dev didn't update the links when deploying to production.
 
Well, if anyone is able to log in, strangely there are some previous BOTM for sale. 1 February and 3 June. If accurate, call Buck to purchase ?
 
You don't usually need to log in to purchase stuff.

Thanks for the info. I always log in to make a purchase. But, since you don't have to, there are supposedly some BOTM, that were previously sold out, that are now for sale.

EDIT: February now shows sold out. June still available.

Fwiw, I was able to cruise the site briefly, check out a custom shop build with out any issues. I didn't try to log in, just a look see visit.
 
I don’t like it at all. If you want me to spend money, then don’t make me work to spend it. The site does not work and I notice several price increases-mostly in the custom shop.

I have sent support an email with no response. So, I guess that they don’t need my money! But, my wife will be happy.
 
Earlier today I redid my Password (as a Pro Member), but I received an Error message. Just a few minutes ago (730pm) I attempted to log in again with my Pro credentials, and all is good!

it's all messed up still. i can get in now. i just changed my password to get in now. no new account.

it knows my address, but it shows I have no buying history? so that doesn't work. likewise it's knows I'm bcci, but sometimes on same item shows bcci price then doesn't. on an item that is qualified for bcci. has trouble sticking item in cart...just spins and spins....its twitchy as heck and I have high speed super internet.

this is not a good start on a new live website......
 
I had to reset my password and got in. However, "pro" status is gone now which is a hassle to re-apply. I don't have a pdf from BCCI to put into their required box so went the military route. Guess it has to be "approved" now as I don't see pro pricing yet.
