Hopefully it can be resolved in time for the next BOTM.

stevekolt stevekolt I ordered a knife last night and it shows, but none of my previous history. I am guessing it is going to show from the update forward...
Unfortunately we were not able to migrate over all of the existing order history from the other website. Moving forward on the new website you will be able to see you purchase history.

I created a new account, and can now get in. But it says I don't have any past purchases.

I'm not sure about the new format. Seems harder to navigate. I'm sure I'll adapt to it, though.

I'm not sure about the new format. Seems harder to navigate. I liked being able to see all available knives on one page, without having to select fixed blade, folding, etc. I'm sure I'll adapt to it, though.
You can still do that by selecting "Shop All" under the "Shop Knives" section.

I'm finding the site fairly easy to navigate, sure it takes some adjusting though. I like how I can view all versions of one particular knife on the same page (119 phenolic, heritage, and pro for example). Showing previous order history would have been nice, but it isn't a big deal since it wasn't there previously.

Thanks, I just saw that, so I edited my post.

But, I'm still not crazy about it.........load more, load more, load more. Drives me crazy. Plus, the organization on that page has me somewhat discombobulated. I mean, the 105 is at the top of the page, the 119 is in the middle of the page, and the 103 is near the bottom. I'd group the classic fixed blade knives together, folding knives together, etc. And, I'd put the imported stuff waaaay down at the bottom of the page. Please don't group any of the imported stuff in with the "Made in the USA" knives.

To me, Buck is one of those great American companies that has withstood the test of time. Sort of like Martin guitars. Family owned, founded in America, made in America, and run by Americans.

I'm just now seeing this topic. I created a new account with no issues, but as others mentioned and Buck Knives Inc. confirmed, no past order history (mine was short anyway). I have not yet explored the site. I'll probably wait until the dust settles.

I see the same as Happy Hippo after resetting my password (which now uses the correct server link). My order history is gone. When comparing the displayed prices to a couple of recent orders I had saved as PDF, the prices are the same. So, my Pro Program is still there. However, because it no longer shows the strike through regular price along with the discounted price for the Pro Program, it is not obvious the Pro Program is active or if it even applies to that item. I really miss that. It is data I want/need to know. As it is, it makes it appear as if everything is a regular price (same as everywhere else?) and there is no Pro Program discount, in which case, I might as well look around the web to compare (where appropriate). I'm not sure that is or should be the intention.

Pro pricing seems to be gone on my account now. I agree the strike through regular price should show along with the discounted price.
