#77 Barlow 2016 - What configuration would you like?

Let's see single blade either clip or warn cliff with saw cut bone handles and available with a bail
 
I dislike facebook so I missed Mike's post there.

Below is the quote from CK facebook page:

"OK, finally got on the books at GEC with the 2016 Single Clip Medium Barlow. We have changed the clip a bit to make it more "pinchable". Here is what I am shooting for on the three bones, and not pictured is a Bone Linen Micarta that I hope comes in an off-white shade."
 
Just thinking outside the box here. Is it possible to sawcut linen micarta? It would be awesomely cool if it could be done.

Just checked out CK Facebook page, and the funny thing is he used your photoshop pic as an example to represent the green sawcut... so... it will all be your fault if no one likes it lol :) .... just joking around with you..

Both sawcuts reserved, I actually managed to see the notification early enough, a rarity for me! Excited for the pinchable factor:thumbup:

First time for me to manage to get in on a Barlow. :thumbup: I'm confused as to why my email notification says 'GEC 771216', which should mean a two blade. It'll still be nice, my first NF Barlow, but did anyone else see it listed differently at first?

I also got a notification for a "2-blade", and would really like to have seen this as a 2 blade release. I like me a secondary blade!

Don't get me wrong, I'll still like my single blade!

No you won't see that. Anyone that is placed in standby will be notified when the knives are released and all "sure" requests are sold off. Then the remaining stock will go to people in standby.
 
I don't remember the early reserves for the #77 NF Barlows filling up this fast before. Glad I didn't waffle: was able to reserve a Micarta one.

Cool idea but I think it would end up fuzzy :D
 
I recently picked up a two blade 77 in saw cut (clip and wharnie) and a single blade in blackwood (wharnie). Was amazed I finally find a couple without having to sell any body parts. The micarta clip will round out the set nicely. Between this the 92s, and the 85s this has been a nice run for my taste. Now just need some 79s or some sort of square end stockman.
 
Ugh, how did I completely miss this!!! Busy busy busy I guess:o I will keep an eye open in the for sale forum later on. I have purchased/traded for many knives lately so the sting of missing out is not so bad:D

Got a micarta. Yall must have been sleeping lol. I went back 3 times in it felt like 20 minutes and it was still green on all options. Looking forward to this one
