#78 American Jack

Visited KSF today and stumbled into this knife. Very happy with the color. Looks even better in person. I also had a lot of fun talking about knives with the guys. One of the best stores to visit if you ever get the chance.

snagged one myself. My gosh they lasted forever! I should have redeamed myself from my last prediction of the Northwoods Delta last run. They were around long I was forced to buy a second.

Has anyone seen the single blade model in cocobolo or smooth white bone available yet?

Seems the American Jack looks good dressed in just about anything, black micarta, cocobolo, smooth white bone... they're all lookin good. Happy to say, "This one is mine."

Well, I think I just secured one of the Northfields in Ebony. I just used the early reservation system at a popular site; it shows one reserved for me. Now just comes the waiting!

Got my desert ironwood today and love it. I usually try to get one of each pattern, but I may end up with 3 78’s.

Disappointed I missed out on the KSF drop, so I got a single blade smooth white bone from another dealer as a consolation.

Like someone else said, don’t wait on these, especially the single blade.

Ughhh after refreshing KSF for two days, I get tied up with work for a few hours and I miss the blue bone! Sigh, such is the knife life :(

My 78 single blade cocobolo should be in route in a day or so.
With a Ebony reserved

Hmm...two already, on standby for natural micarta and I really like the elderberry and smooth white bone covers...

A small handful of the blue camel bone SFOs showed up on KSF about an hour ago - not sure how many got listed but there were only two left when I ran across them.

Just paid for my ER single blade from CK. I really like the smooth white bone so now I'll have it in single and double blade. Liking this knife more and more. The big spear is great on these substantial, yet not cumbersome knives. Many great cover options too.
