So the people who ordered multiple versions would only get one email notification is the stated reason.Did they list a reason? Just curious.
That’s pretty weak imo ...So the people who ordered multiple versions would only get one email notification is the stated reason.
I thought this very same thing and I think I'm safe in saying if Bob where here it would be doneHas anybody cut an easy open notch in a #78 single blade, I am waiting for my smooth white bone #78 to arrive in the new year. It looks like a great slicer if my #25 spear blade small jack is anything to go by and even though I have read that the back spring is not to harsh a pinchable blade may be handy.

Jack, I have two singles, one in Elderberry and a Smooth White Bone, I may just designate one and if you like the results, I'd do yours for free. It's funny on certain frames in the past Bob and I would be our shops at the same time installing an EO on the same knifeyou know Paul, before Bob's passing we were talking about modding the new 78 single blades and he had mentioned he'd be attempting it and would be glad to mod mine if I liked how it turned out![]()

I think a smooth white bone with an EO notch would look pretty fantastic!

We we're also talking about turning the spear blade into clip point, and I still may.
That patina really takes the beauty on that knife to the next level. I can't wait to see how the bone ages on these. Those sound like great mods! Can’t wait to see.
I forced a patina on mine last night.
