Cheers redsparrow-I was in the garden trying to see these giant tadpoles in the tubs-they are coming to the surface to gulp air but haven't yet got legs.
I like the reflection.:)
Heres a straggler that came in to the corral today.

That is one mighty fine stallion you have there!!! Those little cougar scratches ain't nothin' on him but a couple little ol' character marks. ;) Seriously meako, I'm glad you got that one mate, it looks especially nice, congrats!!

My newest. I'm undecided on cougar clawed. I don't mind the color. I kinda like the two tone effect. I think I'm even okay with the jigging. But one scale thicker than the other kinda bothers me even though it probably shouldn't. Gonna carry it for a bit and see if I can get used to it. I really want to like cougar clawed knife. :)

Dad, on the other hand, apparently really likes the yellow rose. Might have to let him, ahem, hang onto it and break it in for me. It has a pretty stiff spring. Might take a while to break in. *nods* ;)

Well , you made me get mine out to see if mine has the same condition . It does but not to that magnitude . I would not have a problem with it even if it was like yours though . Now mine will get some pocket time today .

I need to make a better effort at staying current with GEC's releases. That ebony is a beauty. I've long wanted a knife in the #73 class with a clip point. It's nigh perfect. Time to go hunting, I hope there are still some to be found.

Great pic K_t !!! 74's are awesome knives and they go well with your Valqueros !

Stallion may be my favorite GEC pattern since the TC Barlow. It's the best $85 I've spent in a long time. Sorry for the crappy pics.

So, where are all the Orange camel bones?

I got one stashed away. I sure thought their would be more pics of them...

I didn't like the way the swedge looked on the Northfields...so glad I got over this because I love my newly arrived #74...

I agree about the swedge, not my favorite for this knife. A cut swedge starting at the back of the nick would be better. But I love the nick placement, and the threaded bolster really sets off the barehead frame. I like mine too!
