A.G. Russell Xmas email...

How about "Lust" or "Desire" because that is how I feel when I see this knife - either way I look forward to coming up for a visit to take a look.

The A.G. Russell Sport Utility Knife

It's versatile like an SUV, but it's a knife...a knife that can do everything.

You can call it the 'ute' for short.

AG , will you have any of these at SHOT show ?

With a price point between the Buck Mayo TnT and the Small Seb , it will be interesting to see how this folder does. Certainly appears to be well made.

How 'bout A.G.'s Field Companion--small enough to take w/ you into the outdoors, big enough that its useful. (Then, when you make a follow-on smaller version, it can be the Urban Companion.) Good looking effort there, A.G.

It looks great. As for a name how bout "The AG DPC" Deep Pocket Carry.

Minimalist is already taken by somebody else's knife, so I went to the Thesaurus to find a synonym and it listed 'low key'. What about calling it the 'Loki" (mythical god of mischief) as a play on 'low key'?

genesis

I absolutely love this design, what has put me off the Seb is the hollow grind, yeah, yeah, I know! Pray tell does this one have a bushing?

Why is it that every single knife that has a satin blade and is a titanium frame lock looks like a sebenza? I don't think I have ever read a thread that shows a knife fitting the above description where someone does not chime in saying it looks like a sebenza. I don't get it...

Well, it is easy: because it looks like one. Surely if you get a hold on both at the same time you could notice lots of diferences between them, but telling only by the looks, it looks like one.

It was the first satin blade with a titanium frame lock on the market, wasn't it?

Maybe if this one goes cheaper than a Sebenza I could afford it.
