I can set you up with the regulator. You would just need to strip the handle and provide your own hilt/paracord.

Someone made a Busse blade INTO a bayonet. As in, can be attached to an M4, bayonet

My googlefoo is just not up to finding the pictures

The one I found was sr101, A regulator that a gentleman on the scrapyard forum turned into the sickest bayonet ever.

The WIP is pretty sweet.

Your still getting a bada$$ blade tho. All this Gladius talk is making me really want one...and I don't need one at all but I'm finding out that Busse has been changing "want" to "need" much to the dismay of my bank account!

On topic, I like the CS shield personally. Gladius is a fighter, that smaller shield would work well IMO

a level III ballistic shield such as the ones SWAT teams use would be useful in defense against home invasion. They cost some bucks though.
