A HEARTFELT THANKYOU TO MY 2nd FAMILY - HERE IN TRADITIONALS *WINNERS ANNOUNCED*

Duncan, this has been a great thread, and it's been really heart-warming to see everyone's pics. I know we're all very relieved you're OK. It was also a great giveaway of course, and congratulations to our two lucky winners. Take care and stay strong Duncan :)

Duncan just wanted to say great news and good luck! We are 5 years out from the initial diagnosis and surgery and still cancer free! Good luck and best wishes!

Fantastic Giveaway Duncan, thank you! Congrats to the winners, they are receiving terrific knives from a great guy

Again, thanks for such generosity Duncan. Its been another smashign thread.

Congratulations to the winners too.

Congrats to the winners.

Congrats to the winners! And congrats again to you, Duncan! Warms my heart to read back through this thread. :)

Congrats to the winners, and Duncan, thanks again for generating so many nice photos and stories and so much good will.

Congrats to the winners and congrats to you Duncan may you continue to get good news.

Have a great day,
Jeff

I wanted to say congrats to the winners. Duncan, you are good people, and I hope every day sees you feeling better. Don't push yourself too hard, but that country has some scenery too beautiful not to get out and about. Every time I see Lord of the Rings, I am always stunned that most of those vistas are real, not a movie set.

I don't even know what to say right now I feel kind of speechless! I have never won anything and surely haven't received a gift that has as much meaning as these knives will mean to me! I feel truly honored and again I'm so thankful that everything has turned out positive for you and your family. I don't even know what else to say right now. :)

I'm waiting for the part where you tell your wife what you won and how-- which pictures you used. :D

Beautifully done, Duncan. I can't add to what others have already said. You know my heart is with you and Sue, and I continue to wish you all the best.

Thank you Duncan for the outstanding giveaway! I will really appreciate it. More importantly is the great feeling we all have that you have survived this ordeal, and are getting healthier. Stay strong and enjoy life.
This disease haunts us all in some way. Again shows why this is the best sub-forum going.

I actually told her as soon as I got home from work because I was still blown away by the whole thing and pretty excited. :) I pulled it up on her tablet and let her read it and she was actually happy for me and really liked what i had to say about her and our son. She thought it was pretty cool what Duncan is doing and was happy that he was able to fight through that difficult time and came out on top. She lost her dad to testicular cancer when she was about 5 years old so she also knows first hand how nasty and unforgiving that disease can be. I still can't believe the generosity in this sub forum. I've been a member of more forums than I can count and have never experienced anything like this place lol.

Congrats to the winners and congrats to you Duncan for puttin on the good fight and for getting good news:thumbup:

Duncan -

I don't know how I managed to miss this thread. But I'm thrilled that your health prospects are looking up. Here's to a long time as a fellow knife knut!

On short notice, I can only find a couple pictures on a hosted site that have some of what is most important to me, and none are with my wife or daughters (I guess I'm going to have to fix that soon!). Here are my three sons enjoying one of the family hobbies

And my youngest son with me enjoying my favorite activity
