My Twin boys will be 5 in Oct. & they love the outdoors. I try to spend all my extra time with them, My job takes up most of my time :grumpy: But it makes life for my Boys & the wife much easier so Hi-Ho-Hi-Ho back to the CoalMines I must Go :(

Great pics there!! I really love hitting the woods with Hannah. She doesn't pretend to like it as much as I do though...

Where's that at in Missouri?

Mid Missouri. Bout 18 miles outside sedalia in the county. Its in my ambulance district. Good thing bout working rural EMS is I find lots of cool places on my way to calls:thumbup:

J.W.,

You are doing it right with your little guy! At this point in my life (55) I sure wish I had done this more with my son, instead of being off saving the world from whatever we were trying to save the world from at the time. But I'm leaving this line of work in just a few more weeks...and I'll be doing this with my Grandson! Thank God!

Ron

Thanks man. Good luck with the grandbaby, may all your adventures be safe ones:thumbup:

Thats why I didnt re-up in the Army. It was time for family.:)

Not only are my kids all grown up, my grand kids are about all grown up as well. My Grand daughter just turned 16. Enjoy your time, they will be older and you will be dumb before you know it. Never fear though you will get smart again after while. When I got home from boot camp I couldn't believe how much my dad had learned in such a short time.

I missed this before. Man jim, you are so right. When I got back from boot, my father was alot smarter too, and I was a whole lot meeker.;)

Time well spent bro. Like has been said, kids grow up before you know it. My son turns 27 next month and my daughter graduates in 09.
Scott

Awesome J!

I'm looking forward to this with my little guy. About next summer should be the time.

Best times.

That's some really cool stuff man, good pics. Always nice to get out and even better when it's with family. That Tram had some good action shots!

Thanks Scott. Kudos for makin those sweet PSKs. That little bastard is my favorite blade for sure, and will be my choice for my youngsters first fixed blade.

Spooky- Thanks bud. I love the 12in Tram. Its a whole lotta knife for a very small price.

Thanks J. Those PSK's are a very popular item. Just finished grinding 30 of them last week.

My my. I might have to hit ya up for a couple. My 10 year old loves mine, and it would make a sweet christmas gift for him. I see why they are so popular. The handle shape is right on, and man I can keep a wicked edge on it.

Great pics J. I can't wait for the day that my son is old enough to take out and enjoy the woods and the water.

Great pics and he looks like he had a great time.

Yeah they would raise all kids of hell im sure!! Glad your back safe, bet it was a kickass time for sure!!

Those are the times he will remember, long after you forget. Spend every possible minute with him! They grow up in the blink of an eye. My oldest went to college last week. It seems like yesterday he was your boy's age.
