I will not criticize, but I have questions:

How well does it work for in-pocket carry? Seems like it would necessitate deep pockets.

Does it lock the bolt in place or is it held in by gravity alone?

1) Save the jeans pockets
2) The clip does not dig into the palm
3) Very comfortable use even on shorts)))

Now we are at the stage of testing cast bronze "bolts", designed specifically for SNG.
After that, we are planning to release adapters for Sebenza and try Ti 3D printing with arbitrary custom art on the top of the bolt.

This could work for a lot of people for different reasons . My reason would be not having dig into my full pockets while standing on top of a ten foot ladder and holding on to a sprinkler pipe with my other hand . I'm also tired of my knives scratching the living :poop: out of my cell screen or destroying the finish on my vape mod so I would give one a try. This would also be useful for people who are proud of their knives and aren't afraid to show it like my buddy at work I sharpened a Skull themed gas station knife for. I gave it a 17 degree edge with a mirror polish and he was so proud of it that he started clipping it on his belt Lol. My big question like oldmanwilly's is how tight is the retention on the clip? Will my knife pop off easily if it makes contact with a ladder rung while i'm climbing down? BTW if you need someone to Beta test one on construction sites for some real world Data then I'm your man :).

An option to remove a center body screw and add the mounting bolt for horizontal carry would really peak my interest.

My largest concern with this is the greatly increased possibility of the knife jostling itself open if not in the pocket itself, and at that point you might as well just put a clip on a slip case and call it a day. It'd be safer, have the same carry options, and protect the knife from scuffs. But it's always nice seeing folks trying to innovate in a mature market space.

One hundred percent can lose a knife with this mount, if you turn over on the horizontal bar. In other cases, a knife will be at an angle at which it cannot be removed.
After a while I will publish on YouTube some load tests of the fastening, it is interesting to me)))

PS: There are a few more bolt mounts in the clip with fixation by the click button, but so far we have not studied them in detail.

Not a fan.
I wouldnt want any of my folding knives dangling like that ... let alone a Burger.
I cant see this as being useful for anybody moving at all and who would want to advertise a folder like that. I scratch enough cars, door jambs and furniture with my folder IN my pocket. Seems very counter productive.
Design over function.

Whats this ''we?' Are you the designer/manufacturer/seller of this gadget?
If so, you might want to look into the membership rules.
Just FYI.

It sounds like it locks in place, so no need to worry about the knife coming out.

However, there would be concerns, as mentioned, with the knife dangling outside the pants. Could lead to scratches on both the knife and any object it might scrape against. It's also not very discrete, and doesn't appear to be readily adaptable to all knives; = limited usefulness. Pretty innovative though.

Seems like you're taking an old cell phone/walkie clip idea that never really caught on and make it the new hipster way to show off your knife...not for me at all.

No. Just no. If I want a knife dangling off my pants I'll carry a fixed blade, which I do. Also, I like pockets and belts just fine. Lastly, for a folding knife, I want the spine of the blade against a pocket seem to prevent accidental opening. It's recommended by one of the largest most reputable knife manufacturers.

And if you are selling these things you'll need a different membership here. Don't start out building your brand on lies like strider. Honest makers and dealers go through the right steps to advertise here.
