Looking at some of these other great knives...... Man I'm gonna miss the SFO program if it's over.
I doubt we'll ever see something like those sweet Klinkhammer group of knives again.

I'm on a roll with Smoky Mountain, there were a bunch. A 110/112 Trapper commemorating the move from California to Idaho.
An issue of 1,300 done for Smoky Mountain. Notice the 112 blade is "Last Production" 2004 and the 110 is "First Production" 2005.

Hi GPyro, I see that the AG series is getting converted from the DLT coating to the paint Cerakote coating. When I first saw these in the catalog photo I got excited as the photos look like a NK frame. However, the print said Brass? So just a cheaper coating for the same price. So currently both coatings are listed in the catalog.

Yeah I noticed that.
I went back recently to grab the rubber handled AG Vanguard, all gone.

Here is one that came in under the radar, a 532 BuckLock with G10 scales. A real cutie. Smoky Mountain did 100 of these for the Blade Show and held a few back for sale on their web site. $99 as I recall.

Did anyone here actually ever buy one of these from Smoky Mountain? The most pimped out Buck 110 I've ever seen.
Thought about buying once and sanitizing it but never did, the red corelon would be sweet against the brass.

Those are cool.
I've eyed those myself. Well done I think.
This would probably go well in a category that included "Yellow Horse" knives.

Buck wasn't contracted to make those, someone else embellished them. Not quite what we were hoping for.

Edit; I believe these were sort of a Dealer exclusive from altamont.
My lawyer advised me that this is one of those unforeseen sneaky loopholes, so...... what the hay!

Each one has it's own style of engraving on the bolsters as well as different checkering on the handles.
