It was pretty cool how the winner was selected
I assigned each entry a playing card selected randomly from the deck. There were 20 entries, so 20 cards were picked. I wrote the names of the entrants, then wrote the corresponding card next to each name. Shuffling 20 cards over and over, the 4 of diamonds was picked. What I find really interesting is what was on the card. The deck is a Route 66 theme with a little write-up about various spots along the way. The drawn card has "Texas." This is really cool because that was Prester John's card and he lives in Texas!! :p
Coincidence, or "Porch Magic?"

At any rate, this was great fun.
A big thank you to The Porch!
You have all enriched my knife obsession in many ways. I have learned a lot sice pulling up a chair
Thank you :)
Wow! What a great GAW! I think I'm finally going to buy a lottery ticket!

Congratualtions, JohnDF JohnDF , and thanks, Pinemoon Pinemoon !

Thanks again to Pinemoon Pinemoon and Prester John Prester John for allowing me to win the awesome little Case Sodbuster Jr.
I've often admired the bone handled Sobuster Jr's in the display case. They are so different than your average Sodbuster in that they are slimmer and fancier. I thought this would make them more pocket friendly and I was right. The knife showed up today, I admired it for about a half hour, and then I dropped it in my pocket. The Whiskey Bone with it's orange and yellow colors looks great and the build quality is very good. I think this will quickly become a favorite in the rotation. A splendid pocket knife, an awesome GAW prize, and thank you again.:thumbsup:

Enjoy the knife, Sir
Glad it made it to you. I agree the Whiskey Bone is a nice handle material. Also like the shields on these. Kinda antique looking, like pewter or something. Have a great weekend
