I had a buddy I worked with, (and fished with after work occasionally), that was really into the early 80's "screamers of the week". Another friend was a DJ, Mark Drucker, (R.I.P.), on a local station that would play them.

There was some really great and some really abominable music in that period

Hopefully, she'll come around. My wife likes my knives, is happy if I'm happy, and has enjoyed friendships with some of the makers over the years.

My wife supports my ridiculous hobbies also. But I can see the smirk on her face and the eye roll when I show her another knife. It's the look that says "you need another blade like I need another purse." It doesn't help that I always say that it's a limited edition...
