Al hasn't responded to either email or calls. Highly disappointing! I've heard nothing but good things about him yet my experience has not been positive. If anyone here has a decent relationship with him, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, still no response from Al. Emails go unreturned and his voice mail is constantly full so a message can't be left. FRUSTRATED!

Talked to Al via Facebook. He told me he has not been well and will not be working. Promised to return the deposit. Wish him well.
