I definitely noticed the beautiful shape and grind. A cutter for sure.I see folks like those beautiful covers, but what keeps catching my eye in those photos is that gorgeous consistent blade edge grind, and the nice crisp sharp blade tips! Those knives are made for cutting stuff!
