Albers Cutlery Company

I had to look up ringed gidgee as I have never heard of it before. I really enjoy all of the exotic woods you choose. Fingers crossed I snag one.
 
It was my Albers turn yesterday evening 😊

I sharpened it at 14.5 degrees.
I’ll maintain it on the sharpmaker rods at 15 degrees with a few light swipes as needed.

A relaxing evening 😎

Just making a little correction to my own post. I somehow mentioned that one of the handle choices will be amboyna burl when in fact it's afzelia burl. I have no idea how my brain got that mixed up. They do both start with an "A" 😆😆
Afzelia's similar to amboyna but this has a bit more color variety, primarily browns, reds and greys. Here's a shot of one off the buff:
