Yes there are definitely some updates. Got a few pics of what's coming up next. Presently shaping the handles, next is buffing. The knives on the board were just off of having the backs finished. The one on my hand just came of the slack belt that I use for shaping the handles. I figure they should be done in about a week. I'm going to send the notification out early this time. I'll post it up in early afternoon and put the knives on the site the usual eight o'clock time that evening. Here are some pics:

Just making a little correction to my own post. I somehow mentioned that one of the handle choices will be amboyna burl when in fact it's afzelia burl. I have no idea how my brain got that mixed up. They do both start with an "A"
Afzelia's similar to amboyna but this has a bit more color variety, primarily browns, reds and greys. Here's a shot of one off the buff:

Not sure what email provider you’re using, but generally there is an option to add the email address to the safe sender/do not block list. I would give that a try.

I'm glad to have this one for these 90°+ South Louisiana days! The stainless is a huge plus.

Stainless in the South sure has some benefits. I love a good patina but there are times when you can’t get mineral oil or 3-in-1 on them fast enough.
