Well, our movie started 30 minutes before the drop, and I may or may not have set the brightness on my phone as low as possible and fashioned a sort of phone cave with my jacket so as not to be “that guy” in the theater, and somehow I managed to get one.

I was torn between the Afzelia Burl and the Ringed Gidgee. I knew there would only be time to try for one, and I went for the Afzelia. Definitely some good looking covers this time around.

Tried for one with them being lambsfoot ... but guess it's just not gonna happen for me through a lolly scramble. The ringed gidgee is one of my favorite woods for knives they look great.

I was planning to sit this drop out as I figured the three wood options were similar enough to the Katalox I received in the first drop. Then I saw the Tangerine Orange Jigged Bone in Eric’s email. I was way too casual when the clock struck 8 and I struck out. Congrats to all that scored, congrats Eric on another fine batch of knives. Looking forward to pics when yesterdays knives start to arrive.

As cool as the lambs are, I prefer the clip point jacks and may sit out until he switches back to them - easy to say until he springs some other fantastic cover on us!

I finally got one!! A Ringed Gidgee is coming to Texas!!!!

Woah, that was fast! I somehow managed to secure the Cranberry Red Jigged Bone. That was my first choice.

Will be my first Albers knife - really happy to have snagged one.
