Albers Cutlery Company

Less than 2 minutes. Patriot Kirinite was still available and I put it in the cart, was sold out when I hit the checkout button.
Exact same story here, I don’t know why I even try, my internet isn’t fast enough for drops. :(

Had a snakewood in the cart and was sold out when I hit the PayPal button.

Congrats everyone who got one! I decided to sit this one out since I’ve got a Katalox, but man was it tempting to try for one! Looks like the best kept secret in traditional knives, is no longer a secret, lol. It’s awesome to see the popularity of these increasing. It’s well deserved. Really great covers this run, like usual.

upped his price 20 bucks too.

Still an absolute bargain in my opinion. Prices across the board for materials went up this year, and I think his new pricing is much more in line with the phenomenal knives people are receiving. Ok, I’ll shut up about pricing now, lol.

I got an email, but it went to my "promotions" tab, for which I don't get alerts. I fixed that, so now I'll be able to watch them disappear in real time.

I was hitting the refresh button with regular intervals, but after like 100 tries, I decided to wait for e-mail notification as I got them instantly. I was sitting on my computer and of course, as soon I hear the notification sound I hit the refresh. They were all gone! It seems the notification did not come as fast as I thought it would.

Saw the email seven minutes late. Glad to see Eric’s knives are popular. Congratulations to those who got lucky!

I sat this one out. That Snakewood was hard to pass up though. Can’t wait to see photos when these start rolling in.

That's the one I had trouble resisting too, lol. I was dead set on sitting this one out, but those beauties really had me second guessing myself for the ten seconds they were in stock, lol.

I really, really like the idea of Eric someday making a forum knife for the Porch. I know we'd have him busy all year, but it would be an awesome way to ensure that everyone here who wants one was able to get one. No idea if something like that would mesh well with trying to grow a new business though. Normally, I'd say a guarantee of consistent work for an entire year would be great for a knife maker, but this is a fairly uncommon situation where a new company is selling every product they can make as quickly as they can make them.
