I was admiring your Order of the Arrow Bucklite and something struck me as familiar. So I started digging through my pile of random scout stuff and came up with the belt buckle from the same event. It matches the etch on your blade. Thought you might appreciate seeing it:

These pictures makes me wonder if there was a two bead and a three bead version issued as well? A four bead commemorative knife would have a very limited potential audience (a two bead would have the most). I don't remember ever seeing these in the National Catalog from the era, and most BSA issued WB items use the axe-in-log emblem. Maybe a one time SFO like the NOAC 1983? OH (Woodbadge SE-595)
