All-American Knives?

The subject of country of origin comes up fairly often. So, are there any knife manufacturers that try their best to make sure they do as much in the States as possible?

I'm sure this has been asked before. Maybe there are names to add to the list?

And because this is the internet and strong feelings can come out, remember that we all have subjects we wouldn't agree about, but we're all here because we enjoy knives.
