All in on jacks

Jeff, I really would like GEC to offer more of that Hemlock Bone, but I've only seen it on those Jacks. Great jigging and very good 'corset' shield.

Thanks, Will

Will, at least if they ever get around to making a sowbelly, they have the proper shield ready.

Here's a close-up of the Hemlock bone.

Thanks, it's really remarkable stuff! I'd fancy a Bullet End in that.

Regards, Will.

I know the blade configuration qualifies, but at 4 1/2" closed does this fit the general idea of a "Jack"?
For me, no. Too big.

How about this one? 2006 Remmington R1273B Bullet Banana jigged bone jack – 5 ¼” closed, 4 ¼” stainless main blade, just over 3” pen

Laid up with back trouble this afternoon. Needing a break from studying through the stack of books next to me here on the bed, I went back through all 20 pages of this thread. Wow, there are some gorgeous knives on display here!

I also realized that I never posted my Case 6207 mini trapper jack here.

Here it is closed, next to my 6232 jack. Interestingly enough, both are from 1978.

Here are my favorite 6 jackknives, new and old. I don't think I could ever get rid of these.

August was a good month for me to pick up some jack knives. I got the Case 22087 Texas jack August 6. The ebony LF&C, the bone Utica, and the Imperial came to me between August 24-29.

Doug, don't know why I just saw this but I like that LF&C ebony jack!

I just got a jack in the mail today. Camillus #16 equal end jack with black jigged derlin covers. This thing is solid, authoritative snap and just really well put together.

I need to set aside some time to go through this entire thread. I really like that easy open in your last group shot Doug, very nice

As I commented elsewhere, that is a great picture of a great knife!

Also reminds me that I should update here with a picture of my older Case jacks.

The middle one is an XX era 6292. It is surrounded by 1978 jacks, 6207 on top and 6232 on bottom.
