I'm home....doing a little better but not out of the woods...I have a severe leg infection which did spread to the blood stream...blood poisoning! ..the doctor said if I didn't come in when I did I would have died! He said my body would have just shut down... I feel alot better, the leg is doing a little better, but still looks like SH*t, looks kind of like a snake...enclosed is a picture of what my leg looks like now...hope you guys have a strong stomach....and yes it hurts...been on pain pills 24hr...a day...and heavy antibiotics...its just a waiting game my doctor says...won't be doing much of anything for a good long while.... I am overwhelmed from all of you....you sure know how to make a guy feel good...you are all good friends, well more like family and I thank you....I don't have my computer up and running yet...my sister in law brought her laptop so I could post a message....so it might be a while before I can sit up and use mine again...thanks again all...

I'm glad to see that you're on the mend, though I bet it doesn't feel that way to you at the moment.

Take the pain medication and don't try toughing it out. Pain can retard healing if allowed to get ahold of you. You won't get addicted taking the stuff for actual pain. In fact, tonight's Friday, so take an extra one and party!!!

Glad to see you are home, that is a big change. Do exactly what the Doc. tells you to do, any changes or sensations should be reported immediately.

Like my doc told me once about a severe case of frostbite, "just relax and enjoy it, it won't last forever".

MAn!! Rene' you have inspired me to head to Tackrock eveb though I have a mild fevor and will keep Mark Williams up all night caughing...but I am sure he deserves it for something he did!!
