hey all,

Well, as of today, I have exactly 400% of the amount of barkies I had last week this time.

here are the kids so far:

L-R:
mini northstar with sharpshooter sheath; fox river; woodland special; and mikro canadian with sharpshooter pocket sheath.

I am beginning to worry about my checking account.... :o

I'm quickly becoming one, so no worries. Soon I'll have both a Kephart and an Aurora, and probably a Northstar not too long after that. And maybe a Candian Special. Or a Fox River Magnum.... Oh lord....

I really don't have the funds for this! :foot:

Yes...you are...the first step is admitting you have a problem. the second step is sending one of your knives to another member who happens to be from Texas...:D

sounds like you guys are screwed also....:)

I'm seriously impressed with these knives. I think my next purchase is an aurora. Just looks darn handy.

IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!!!!!

I only bought two, and traded for one. The fox river was a gift from rescueriley.

but yes, I'm doomed...:0

Yea...me.

BDWS, I agree with you. Barkies are awesome. I got one of those pocket sheaths for my Mikro a couple of days ago and its almost cooler then the knife itself.

actually, i have read that the second step is sending one to a fellow oakie :D

yeah, I just sharpened it with sandpaper and it's FREAKING SHARP! rescueriley gifted it to me. I'll use it for a long time.

actually, I'm trading my mikro for a little creek. I've got to figure out a way to try them all out. trading is my best bet.

the fox river, on the other hand, is off limits. I'm really touched by John's generosity. We've been sending each other knives as gifts for quite some time, but this is by far the coolest. I've got an idea how to get him back though....:)

Welcome to the Bark side!

The Aurora is a great knife! super comfortable in the hand, lazer sharp, superb balance!

What handles are you looking at? :D

Great knives Brett. I only have 3 Barkies. A Psk and a FoxRiver, Both are great. The Magnum you guys are beating up will be my 3rd. I am sure I'll like it.

Welcome to the addiction...No matter how many I handle, My Fox River keeps calling my name! :)
