The orange Skirmish is a big improvement over the original design.

The "Orange Peel" carbon fiber is especially nice and really different.

Here's one I finished up yesterday: Strider PT with extra thick orange G-10 for deep sculpting. Two carbon fiber standoffs on bottom two screws and an aluminum blade stop pin. I like stand offs because the knife doesn't collect as much pocket lint, etc., as with a solid back spacer.

It turned out better than I anticipated and I had high expectations

Beautiful work Barry, it looks and feels like a whole new knife. I love the grippy,
