For me, sure. That might kill my wife tho :( she can't do peanut butter. I make fun of her every day because of it. She developed some crazy allergy to it while pregnant with our daughter.

Speaking of flashlights, at the campsite we had a while ago someone left behind a Tasco XR5. It works, it's bright enough for me and best of all it was free :p It's only rated at 250 lumen from what I looked up... not sure why everyone wants 600 or 1000... WTF are you guys doing, signaling the aliens?

I have a few trout in the freezer and we scouted out another place to fish last night. So we're going fishing Saturday and hopefully get a couple more... gonna fire up the smoker and try smoking some fish. My biggest question... which end do you light? :confused:

You know my E11 is only 115 lumens, and not once have i needed a brighter light for camping, night fishing, or anything around the house for that matter.. i have never been like.. "Its not bright enough"

So i have no justification for wanting the PD35 that pushes 960 lumen. Except i think it would be cool LMAO


Man i wanna do some more fishing soon!!


When it comes to smoking a trout, or anything else for that matter... It all comes down to how you roll it. Rolled right any you can light any end you want :D

Yeah but what a way to go! Kidding, of course. Maybe if I was terminally ill with no hope and it came down to my last days I might choose to end it by eating PB meatloaf. While skydiving. Without a chute. Into and active volcano. Problem is, I don't have an allergy to peanuts. So I guess that plan is shot. I'm allergic to cats so I guess I could make a cat meatloaf...

In other news, I just picked an early jalapeno and ate it. Good Lord :eek: Plenty hot for me... at this rate I'm gonna end up with a whole lot of sauce by the time I mellow it out with some tomatoes and carrots. Don't think I'll need any of the habaneros... they'll just go into pest-away pepper spray, I think...

I have a jar of ghost pepper salsa in my fridge that I can't seem to finish. I try to pretty often. I think it's called Mrs renfords or something.

I have always found humor in using flashlights for self defense, unless its one of those big old mag-lights and your hitting the person in the head LOL

Momentarily blinding a person heh? Ok then the attacker will get startled and accidentally shoot you, the kid next you, and/or a bystander... As someone who has had a gun pulled on me more than once i can thankfully say most attackers dont WANT to HAVE to use their firearm, a lot of the times when they do its because they get started.... For instance by someone shining a flashlight in their face instead of handing them their wallet LMAO

I can see it being useful in very few situations, even those situations i can think of a better tactical defense than shining my flashlight at them LOL

Also Thanks for all the suggestions on lights guys, watched and read reviews on all of them but I think Ive decided on just getting another stylus pro, I know lame, but every time I look at a new light I end up comparing it to the stylus pro

Quite strange.

What about your house? Do you know if any of the interior walls involved peanut board in the construction?

For those that are unfamiliar with the term, peanut board is a lot like today's pressed sawdust wood, but made from powdered peanut shells. It works great for noise insulation, but it's very weak.
