Another Buck Spa/Warranty thread

In theory they attempted to retrieve it, but I’m sure it’s gone. We’ll see if they approve the insurance claim or not, but that was only $100.
Surprise, surprise! The package showed up in my mailbox today. It was much earlier than the usual delivery, so my guess is that whomever received it by mistake dropped it off. Some of my faith in people has been restored.
 
I've got two knives at Buck HQ now. One is a slightly crusty 301 that I posted photos of in another thread. The other is a pre-date code 118 that belongs to my sister. Neither is in bad shape, they just need some TLC. I'm looking forward to seeing Buck work their magic again!

Well, my Buck 110 is in the warranty shop for Spa Treatment. The knife condition emailed back to me indicated "heavy blade wear" and am having the blade replaced while it's there.
Had a nice conversation with the gal in the warranty dept. While I had her on the phone I asked her when does Buck usually post the BOTM offering ?
(I'm just now getting more familiar with the Buck website and offerings, so bear with me).
Apparently the BOTM may show up the first day, the last day or anytime in between.

I just got off the phone with warranty as well. I paid my invoice for a couple SPA treatments that I sent with a warranty repair. Can't wait to see how the SPA knives look.

It is kind of random as to when in the month it falls, but I usually get an email when they drop.
