Ant interest in a BF wilderness and survivlaltraining forum patch

I really like the last one and the second one form the top Let's everyone vote on the suggestions we have so far and we'll let the vote run for 2 weeks from today than the majority will have it nd I can start looking for a vendor to make these up.
 
I like darklight943's top 3 entries. If I have to narrow it down to one I would have to go with the third from the top.

I have to say I like both of Codger's entries also. The color one is very clever and the black and white incorporates most of what this forum is about.

Thanks all. I really like all the artwork presented - great ideas. The ones I submitted would be for standard "embroidered style " patches. I believe you can also do finer detailed artwork with say actual pictures (sublimation), but I really like the ones made with embroidery techniques - plus, I believe they are more durable. I like the second design by darklight.

But if the man on the spit is available, that gets my vote hands down. In essence, survival is very much like that.

Plus if we were ever in a survival situation with that patch, It would provide an excellent moral booster, like an inside joke.

My thoughts are like Chris's, vote goes the same way.
 
I really like each of the last 3 out of 4 designs. The art is great on each, the symmetry of the circular ones is very appealing.

Oh, the man roasting on the fire is actually a pretty neat idea! I'd also be down for one of those on top of the other.

I really like the second design from Darklight. I'm sure y'all have some places to get patches made, but if you need one, let me know because I have a lot of experience ordering patches for scout camp-o-rees, summer camps, etc... My second choice would be the first one from Darklight.

Also, I will order five to eight of the patches (myself, my dad and two brothers are all patch collectors) no matter what design is chosen, as all of the potential designs in this thread look great
 
i like the last one, the green one with the silhouette of the tools with the 4 letters.

clean and simple and to the point.
 
I will definitely go with darklight943's second one from the top. Just one observation shouldn't the words "Wilderness" and "Survival" be switched, so that it will be easier to read from left to right.

I vote for the bottom one (green and white) by darklight, I agree that the plain and simple looks nice. I second that it would also make a cool t-shirt. I think a black border around the outside of it would make it pop a little more, but I would take it as is.

Yeah, me too. Simple is always best and if folks want to know what it means, they'll ask.

However, I also like #2, if there were some changes. The lettering I'd like to see upside up saying in a circle, WILDERNESS & SURVIVAL across the top and TRAINING below, with the BF in the center. Then have the axe and maybe a knife crossing over it, but personally I think both are too much.

I also like the guy getting roasted and the wilderness setting with camp setup. Although, once on a patch, it could be a bit busy and crowded.

Keep em coming you artist types and did anyone get an affirmative about using the forum name?
