Ant interest in a BF wilderness and survivlaltraining forum patch

#4 would probably be the best choice for a T I think and would make a decent patch as well. I'm still inclined to vote for the revised #2 design at this point, but whatever the design ends up, I'm still game for a couple.

Wow, I almost missed this thread. I am very fond of #3. All are nice designs, but that one is quite original and wouldn't easily be mistaken as a generic image. Originally, I think I would have asked for artists submitting work and having a poll, but I think you have this whipped. Good job.

I'd also agree that #4 is a better choice for a T. It's more subtle, and not as 'in your face' as number two would be on a shirt. It's often hard to wear such shirts to places like school/work/etc.. At likely patch prices, I'll buy several of the designs (esp. the roasting man).

I like 3, 2, 1, in that order.

I think 2, 3 would be best for a patch, 1 would be best for a t-shirt, although I'd make the orange on the handle and stars black, and make the remaining color on the stars and the lettering in the shield gold. It would reduce the number of colors and cost.

IMO, patches should be colorful and detailed as much as possible as they don't see as much wear and tear as t-shirts and will last longer, so paying for them isn't a big deal.

Also IMO, the 4 th pic would be cheap for a t-shirt, but it kinda screams "another ho-hum cheap t-shirt" to me.

Can you take the "guy on the spit" .jpg and add red text above and below

I hope no one takes this the wrong way but, is it possible that some sheeple may misinterpret the "guy on spit" joke and think it is espousing radical survival actions, like cannibalism?

I don't want to shoot anyone's idea down, it is just that the thought crossed my mind and decided to share it. :o

Now I'm ready for the response. Please be gentle... :D

no seeing as how it looks like scout patch i highly doubt that anyone would take that seriously(drunk)

Preacher man, at first thought, I can see where you are coming from.
But........
Do you think people would, look at that patch and say, "Oh my god, this guy is a cannibal." Would a cannibal wear a patch? advertising his dietary choices?

I dress pretty respectable and clean etc. if someone saw that patch on my fanny pack, I doubt they would freak out. I think, it would start a conversation more than a call to 911.

I created a poll thread for our patch preferences. My first attempted failed miderably.:o I had technical problems with my second attempt, but its working now. You can reach the poll here.
