Any CRK News Coming at Blade Show 2014?

Speaking of new I noticed that they are selling the old style Nyala with the PVD coated blade like they did with the insingo version.
 
OK, it's official now as CRK told me it can be shared...

The most interesting thing here is that that blade is not S35VN. When was the last time a steel other than CPM S35VN or Devin Thomas Damascus entered the building?

I thought the "Talon Hole" was a trademark of Busse Knives. They claim that on their website. Certainly I think Busse when I see the hole in the finger guard. Is this a collaboration?

Dont know if this is "new"' but i did see some damascus 21's in Basket and Ladder with the graphics design of the damascus pattern on the handle like the Raindrop that has been around for a while.
I talked to Chris and he said he learned a lot by designing the 25. He chuckled and said that it seems it will be a while before his "bushing fans" will agree. He went on to explain to me how expensive(time consuming) the process is.

I also asked Mr Chris if he was going to outfit the 25 with an Insingo blade anytime soon, and he kind of scoffed at me saying," no..i dont know". He was getting questions from a few different people at once and someone he knew was walking up to greet him , so i take it he was done with our conversation lol

I did assist them with a small UG with basket weave Damascus they had incorrectly marked at $406.50 for some reason. I was hoping Anne would just say it was a special "hidden" prize. She thanked me for the catch.

Not that I'm aware of. I email them every 6 months or so and I'm always told it's something they're looking into and to check back in. It seems like there is a market for them. I was hoping they might announce them at Blade.

As Chris would say..."It is what it is, Mate." LOL. I've talked with him several times in person, and he always seems as if he wants to be somewhere else, maybe riding bikes or something. I've had better luck talking with Anne. It hard to get answers about new products that he hasn't released yet. It's all about cost to him.
