Thank you. I would have liked Mini trapper but they're pretty much sold already and tiny trapper would have been too small.

I have to say those two trapper's are really, really beautiful. Thank you for sharing :)
That case trapper is interesting as it has pen blade. Looks bit like Jack knife. Really nice! I have to admit I have never been huge fan of spey blade.

Thanks for the compliment. There are a lot of nice knives being posted, and I'm sure there will be more added

Hi folks -

I am a rabid Trapper fan. When I started collecting back in the late 80's, I promised myself that I would only collect quality made, natural scaled Trappers.

Here is one that I bought in 93 - I am pretty sure it is a Burl Wood "celluloid" trapper, but the Case designation on the box is BW - so I suppose it COULD be burl - I'll accept your studied opinions on that -

No pics, but I have an Owl Head red jigged bone, an Old Timer 194OT that I bought in the early '80s, a Case jigged bone CS trapper I bought last year, and a 1970-1971 Case slimline barehead 2 blade trapper that I got for $10.00 from a local pawn shop last year. I think I have a 1984-85 Schrade Scrimshaw trapper, too. The trapper is one of my absolute favorite knives for small game.
