I've had my CRKT Crossbones for about 14 months, I like it better every time I carry it.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is ready to order! See this thread for details:

Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
I do interested in D2 CF,honestly
At the top of your range ($80) is the G-10 Massdrop Ferrum Forge Gent, built by WE. I have the more expensive carbon fiber version, and I would easily expect this knife to have been $200 at least.
Flipper on bearings, G-10 over titanium, CPM-S35VN. This knife kicked my $350 Bailey model 2 out of the number 1 spot.
For less than $80, look at Kershaw and some Spyderco's.

Thank you advise, Im not using knives that much, but I have fun to collecting some knives which have creativity looking for different money range such as Kershaw reverb, We, Spyderco tropenL LilTaigu
Maybe I missed it, but what is your primary use for the knife? What do expect out of it? Does it need to be a harder use workhorse? Does it need to be a certain size, or blade shape? There are so many decent knives in this price range, but there is also a lot of crap.
The Rat definitely seems to tic the D2/CF box for you, and it's a 'user' for sure. I have no experience with one, but it's reputation speaks for itself.
If you need something a bit more elegant, and 'people-friendly' it's tough to beat a Kershaw Leek. It's slim, lightweight, and office-friendly.... but it's not a hard user. Lots of color options, and a great EDC.
I'll throw another vote for the Steel Will Modus as well. Flips nice for its price range, and the blade shape is great (at least for me). The FRN scales aren't the most elegant, but the work well.
Any Spyderco in your price range is a good choice, as are most Kershaws. But it really boils down to what you expect out of a knife.
