Any Ti-lock fans?

The Blue Steam is no longer made but there are still some dealers that have some. The Elemental just now is being shipped and should be available for the rest of the year. So if you think you might want both you better get the Blue Steam now while you still can.

Agreed, what Driften said

I just got the Blue Steam. I like it more than I expected to. Even one handed use has become second nature with it. I originally didn't like Elemental but it's growing on me. At least with it, I have a year to decide. I was afraid to delay any longer getting the Blue Steam.

So many knives I want ... so little money.

I too have the new Elemental coming from KSF. I almost, I'm mean almost, pulled the trigger on the BS:eek::D. Not sure where I first saw the Elemental, prob YouTube Shotshow. Anyhow, it was funny the moment I viewed, I called CRK to order one, thinking I might get one earlier then dealers. Pssst... Yeah, right: hould have known when told 6 months till delivery. I do like the BS, but for as much as I like graphics, I've always wanted a TL without the holes, and like the Starbenza, milling on both sides. Too much to say right now about how very cool the Ti Lock is. One of my favorite, if not the top two for EDC.

I can put more commas in if you guys like?

Starting to warm up to the "Elemental", but IMO, i think it would look better if it was sand blasted. That way, after prolonged use, carry, pocket time etc.. the worn look would give the design more depth with the higher edges wearing smooth/lighter. Overall, both are really cool. May pull the trigger lol

How is the lock working for all you Ti-lock users? That's my biggest concern. Not so much with how it locks up, but I'd be afraid the lock bar would get snagged or pulled, causing it to bend and become faulty. Is that a valid concern?

Lock is great. Does not "snag" "pull" bend or faulty. Does not unlock unless you want it to and holds the blade in when closed.

Thank you, brownshoe. That is reassuring to hear. It is a really neat CRK. Both 2015 and 2016 models are beautiful. I want the Blue Steam (not a fan of the blue lock bar), but I like the current offerings as well, especially the Elemental.

I am going to check out that link. Never thought of replacing the clip.
I actually dont even notice it when I grip the knife and also. I added a little bend to the clip to be a bit more snug and now my way too nice pocket knife cannot escape my pocket. And I mean snuuuuuuuug.
Plus it looks so cool and industrial.

Edit: I have seen the small clip used, I thought it was another idea. I like the factory clip far better. Odd looking, sure.
But it works very well.

Tasmaniac. I like your knife, and your pool!

Waiting for my ti-lock elemental to show up in the mail. WTF is wrong with me. I'll spend $550 on a silly knife but cant make myself spend $60 on overnight shipping. Killing me.

Anticipation is most of the fun. I ordered from KSF and it was here in two days. Now I can't put it down. You're going to love this knife.

I have got to say, these recent photos of Ti-Locks are making me want to get one myself...

Great pic. Love the look. I'm so happy to see more folks getting into this knife .
Let's see somebody get some dirt and scratches on one.
I will officially have mine for a year of carry come July. That is a record for me.

I'm not in a hurry to get dirt and scratches on mine, but it will be used.

Lol.
Yeah. I know. I did not hurry to dirty mine up either. I was babying the heck out of it for a while only doing slip sheath carry. Now I mostly clip it but carry in sheath as well maybe 30% of the time.
Enjoy it. She looks great.
