Anybody hunting? Let's see some pics

The knife is still on my belt. :D This was an unusual hunt. Shot this one sided buck (missing an antler) at 1:00 in the afternoon. I watched him sneak into a fencerow. I worked out a plan an got him after sneaking up on him. Shot him on the run.

I love it when a plan comes together! I've managed to outsmart moving deer several times over the years, and somehow those memories stand out. Once was a few years ago on a piebald doe (tanned hide on my wall) and another was my biggest eight point ever. That was over twenty years ago and I still see the surprised look on his face.
