So yerscattergun if you made a product and someone stole the design, you would be perfectly happy about other people buying it?
 
Great question, rguy, some intelligence at last, unlike Josh. I would sue if I had a copyright but thats tough in China. But M Tech is an American company right? I guess they could be sued. Might want to ask josh, since
he's not simple and graduated the 5th grade. :)

just stated my reasons for owning a specific knife 100% of you don't agree

people under 40 listen to it?(that's a rhetorical question). :)

This "Sal" guy has Byrd knives made in China. Do you suppose that
the very factory that made my "Chinese piece of junk" just might have been
made in the same factory? He(estimate) probably makes $18 for every $4
spent on a Byrd, yet the praises are sung here among many on the quality.
I don't see why people who have no financial stake in something are so
quick to defend. :yawn:

You personally insulted Sal Glesser twice, by rubbing your purchase of a Spydie clone in his face, and referring to him disdainfully thereafter. Byrd knives might be made by the same people as make your knives. But Spyderco covers problems with their quality control. You don't actually know who makes yours.

You have zero idea how much it costs or what profit Spyderco makes on the Byrd line. Your speculations are meant to be odious and insulting.

People praise their knives when they find they can rely on them. Why is it all right for you to praise a no-name rip-off but call others wrong to support a company that provides reliability routinely?

Perhaps you should have been a lawyer, as their professional saying is that a lawyer who has himself for a client is a fool. You're quick enough to call someone else a fool, when you are the one who can't keep track of whether the conversation is about Cold Steel or Spyderco.

But it's over. Talk about the knives, not about the people here. Knock off the smart-aleck remarks. When you start a thread about an unreliable company, don't be surprised when the comments are not complimentary. That's not groupthink, it's realism.

I think you need to go back and see who was talking about knives first.
I was attacked by one of your big contributers first. Money, this is what
this whole thing is about? (and everything is I guess). Who wished that
my knife would break and cause physical harm to me(I won't be that
stupid, but you can wish). Final word, now you can close this thread. :D

Big contributors? Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think Spyderco, nor any other manufacturer pays to have a subforum here.
