Anyone live in or near Hardinsburg, KY?

I agree with Micky that this is poor procedure.

The buyer is responsible for getting payment to you.
You are responsible for getting product to him.

Unless the two of you agree beforehand that proof of shipment is good enough, as in the case of an overseas, unreliable postal system, the buyer cannot be held reponsible for problems with the carrier.

Rader owes Dann the watch or money back.
I hope the Postal Inspectors nail the guy.
Esav,

Unfortunately, there isn't anything that the Postal Inspectors can/will do about getting either my watch, or my money back. At this point, it's my word against his, eventho I have PROOF that I sent the Money Order to him, and that he cashed it. He has no PROOF that he sent the watch to me. I have done EVERTHING that I know to get this resolved, but have run into a total dead-end.

I lose again.:(.

Dann, this sucks. I'm sorry about this.

Still no Ecozilla, still no refund, and I STILL have not heard back from this John Rader guy. I sent ANOTHER email to him a few minutes ago, to let him know that I haven't received the watch, nor a refund from him, but I might as well be emailing my cat.:(.

I called him from my office phone and left message that the word was out to thousands that he owed you watch or money. Left my name in case he wanted to dispute to outside party. Still hoping for you.

Time for People's Court? Let the judge get to the bottom of it? I've seen a number of eBay cases there. I'd watch. (no pun here)
I hope you get satisfaction.

I don't understand this attitude. If you are the seller, YOU are responsiable for the package getting where it belongs. If it is valuable YOU insure it. You also ship it with tracking info so you can have a record of it. This is all part of YOUR shipping cost you add on to the item. If you are going to be a half assed seller and lazy about the details, get the hell off E-BAY, it is people like you that give the place a bad name.

Makes sense to me. I know that when I sell something, it is my responsibility to get the item to the buyer. I know when I pay a bill through the mail it is my responsibility to get that payment to the biller. If it is lost in the mail, it is not the billers or the buyers fault. Any other position is lame B.S.

Plus you get paid for being on the People's Court. Wow, you might get watch plus getting paid. Go for it Glock.
