Anyone one ever deal with a guy named Roger Trevino, he sells 4x balisongs?

Wish I listened! I gotta stop trusting people. I sent him 515 via paypal but as goods so if he does try any thing I'll get my $ back. However he's really rude, I don't recommend him at all! And he refuses to give me a tracking number which I told him was part of the deal... Hope this goes smoothly just got out from a scam. Dishonest pricks!

You just paid $515.00 for a 4X series balisong that you can find all day long for around $350.00 and he wont spend $1.00 of that to provide tracking:confused:.

Im afraid to say it but I think you got screwed:(

Keep your language family friendly. It's explained to you in the infraction you receive.
 
I want to say that $515 is a REALLY good deal for a 40TR and a 42.
I also want to say, you probably just got ripped off.
 
Yeah It is a good deal, but he can't do anything because I sent the paypal as goods, so I can call up paypal and in 2 weeks I'll get my 5 Hundo back.
 
Allahbread, you just put up a thread about the 16 year old Canadian scammer and now here you are moaning about the possibility of trouble with this deal.??? I sincerely hope this all ends well and you are the recipient of a great deal.....but if it bites you in the ass, I for one will have a really hard time trying to drum up some sympathy for you. Take a look at Bastid's tag line. Something about "not much extra knowledge gained by the second kick of a mule". Good luck.

They'll cover for the trainer, if funds can be recovered, as those are allowed under Paypal rules as they aren't considered a knife. I'm not sure how they'll handle the regular butterfly.
 
A good rule of thumb of Paypal is that if the knife can't be sold on ebay you shouldn't expect coverage omn a deal with the same knife otside of ebay (provided you are using paypal that is). Paypal attempts to run their business abiding by California law, even though it operates through the country/planet.

I think Mr. Paul Long 's post has summed it up very well.
