Anyone received Saudia Arabia Trade propositions?

Lots of coincidence here Charlie Cheng and a user name Cha banned for scamming from BFC. Cha was also banned as CollectorKing as well as numerous other names.

Be careful. Get your payments and trades in hand first. (No matter how sweet the story.)
 
A complaint to Paypal could get his money back to him. I have a friend with a vinyl record distribution company and a guy in Russia ordered over $600 worth of stuff. He then claimed to have never received it and paypal took $ from my friend and he just had to eat it. EVEN though he had shipped using a method that verified the delivery. After 6 months or so he finally got his credit card that was tied to his paypal account to reimburse his $ since he had all his shipping documents. That's one reason I only take Money Orders. So it sounds like the guy in Russia got the records and the money...I'm not saying this is Charlie Chang's plan, but just a possibility...Heckfire, who knows, maybe he actually likes a knife enough to actually pay for it.
