I just used my RC-4 to open Financial Times from its wrapping.

It ended up slicing through the entire A section, rendering most of it unreadable.

I need to realize how sharp thing knife is :(

Better the A section then your hand.. :)

We are in a Blizzard warning for tonight and tomorrow. 8" snow, plus 30+mph winds with sub-zero temps. They say the wind chill for tomorrrow morning will be about -30F.

Might have to start wearing a coat.

It is a bit cool here at 7, with a -18 wind chill. It was a pleasant 3 as I was out and about today. The storm just moved off to the north, so have fun with it.

sounds like our forecast down here - except were having a stiffer breeze.
I broke down and dug out a flannel lined shirt today because it was supposed to be nasty out...

yeah about the same here in Michigan, unfortunately its also exam week at my school, which is already considering shutting down, meaning i might have to have school on friday for the first time in 2 years for my exams. bummer.

Sure am glad I live in FLA! It was 80 here today so I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

I actually like the colder weather. It means I get to buy more gear and I love spending time in the woods in winter with snow on the ground. The snow muffles all the sounds and there are no people.

I love colder weather also. Can't stand warm/hot humid areas, I go crazy. A few years ago I visited my dad and other family in Wisconsin, it was ridiculous. That summer it got into triple digits. :grumpy:

Being born and raised in FLA kind of changes your opinion on heat and humidity. I go up to Indiana to visit family and feel like all the water is being sucked out of me.

Frustrated!! It's Dec in NC Cold yesterday, warmer today, but i'm having to deal with my dogs having FLEAS! Bathed (flea shampoo)them on Friday and sprayed down (flea killer spray stuff) where they sleep really good (basement garage) and still finding a few on them. Repeated the process again last night as well as threw out some Yard bug killer before the rain started.

Any recommendations to get rid of these? This is the first time in 11 years I have had to deal with this.
