still cloudy and crappy here, rained all night. the only thing keeping me sane is the fact that all that water will be rushing down my rivers making for a helluva fun time in a kayak next week.
 
it hit 85 here today as well - but was breezy, so no chance for sweat to puddle up.
 
Man, first evening in over a month that I didn't have to work. You think working all these hours I'd have money falling out my a$$. So much for that!

Nice to get back and do some browsing and see the normal ass-hattery that goes on around here. :D

I had a dream about the Izula folder night before last. Mrs. S shipped it to me and the sticker price was $129.40. I was like a kid on Christmas so I ripped open the package and pulled the folder out! WTF?

It had purple scales on one side with orange and white skulls on it. Not ESEE skulls, Halloween cartoon skulls. The blade was tanto-esque and partially serrated. It also came with 2 interchangeable wire guards on it like you’d see on a rapier musketeer sword. I was like “What were they thinking? I bet there will be a bunch of guys on the forum talking about how awesome this is. I wonder if I can trade it in on a 3MIL….”

And then I woke up genuinely concerned about what I was going to do with this knife. By the time I got out of bed and to the shower I realized it was just a dream. Whew.

So Jeff, pass on the above features if at all possible. :D
 
nah no izzy folder for me, i like my FB version just fine. plus i dont like serrations :barf: :D
 
Well, during the bladeforums outage, I went on with my life as usual. I am happy the forum is back though, had to figure out other ways to waste my time this morning.
 
no izzie folder for me either, I quite like my HEST. During the BladeForums outage, I was on pack chat ragging on GunDude for 3 hours straight ;)
