750 made so you should have time. I wish they were more limited. The BOMs seem to be made in qty 500 plus these days.

Not really a "limited edition" knife anymore. 750 made, to me, 500 made is about the maximum I consider limited.

I agree with the quantity sentiments, as well as the fact I could build out something similar with elk or something for a couple bucks more IMHO.

The 50th laser etch turns me off on this knife. Seen so many Buck etched knives where the etching is worn off after use. I understand why they switched to etching knives on steels other than 420HC. They build these knives to stand the test of time, but I guess the name will no longer be a part of that.

That was my take when I bought the S30V/nickel-silver/ebony BotM 112…. But then they made it a regular offering in the custom shop for a cheaper price. “Limited Edition” from Buck is meaningless to me. I just look at it as marketing.
