that was my exact quote...lol....I texted back with Damn Hammer, I would have sh!t my pants if I was on there with you....he responded with "Well, thats because you are a pu**y son"

Damn Greybush, sounds like he got lucky that it didn't go after him. I've always wanted to try alligator, but being in ND kinda kills that idea. How does it taste? It looks pretty darn good when they fry it up on the Swamp People show.
 
The thought of getting a custom knife had never crossed my mind until I heard of Bryan Breedon. .25 thick O-1 gives me a woody.

As cliche as it sounds, it tastes a lot like chicken...total white meat...It's damn find fried, but you ain't ever tasted anything like it is when it's blackened....
 
Swamp Lizard! that is on my Bucket list...hunt a gator from a boat, at night, with a spear. Read a story Jim Zumbo wrote for Outdoor Life several years ago...wanted to do it ever since.

Truth. A restaurant I worked at served it as a fried appetizer or blackened steaks. It was the bomb doggity. Which was a cool term back then
