Just got a new mattress and foundation in. Opened everything with one of my 15's. What a great knife that is.

I just got a modified 15 from the exchange, the seller stripped it and added a dark vinegar patina, clipped the point so it almost looks like a reverse tanto, and added micarta scales. I'm impressed, it's nothing like the other stock 15 I have.

I saw that on there, it was an interesting looking piece. I like this mod, and if you don't mind, I have a few questions about it.
How does it handle?
Is the tip centerline on the scales, high/low?
How do you like it compared to a stock 15?
Does the tip seem more stout, or does the thinness of going so far down the flat bring the thickness down noticeably?
