Arkansas Custom Knife Show 2012-Show Us what you Got

Here's one more from Ron.

"This keyhole integral is a little more complex in construction. It has a hidden integral tang that the amber stag scales are epoxied to and followed up with peened gold pins. The blade is 5.5” of tile welded mosaic w’s. While I am very fond of the tang free keyhole integrals, they limit you to solid blocks of wood as an insert. To be able to use scales of stag and ivory, I pantograph machine an integral hidden tang to the keyhole area that extends almost all the way to the end of the handle."

What a sweet piece.

Stunning line-up you got there Don.

I am around the block in NH, I'll be there also!!!
Think he'll have enough knives for us or will we need a raffle?:D:D

Here's one I will be picking up from JR Cook at the show. I hope it's as pretty as Buddy's photo!

Got behind the eight-ball, working on some stuff down here, and haven't commented on the knives posted.

Don't want to go down the line and miss anyone, but I have to say that there's some of the finest work around going to be on folks tables.

I'm really looking forward to serious knife looking, and lots of "How'd you do that!"

Again, for anybody who's up in the air about going, Little Rock's at the top of the knife show world. Come on.

John

Hey Guys,

I'm heading out in about ten hours for the show! I'll have this one on my table at the show. It's got a 2 1/2 inch feather mosaic damascus, scimitar style blade (or at least something kinda like a scimitar). It's forged from 1080 and 15N20. The handle is of ebony and has one domed pin. The guard is stainless steel.

Looking forward to the banquet and show! See you all soon.

More great knives guys! I cant wait to see them tonight. (Although, I might be fashionably late)

Here are a few more knives for this weekend's show. The pocket cutlasses also have hamons, but it is hard to see in this quick photo.

I am also going to have my personal two foot Brut de Forge bush sword on the table to fund a new hobby:
